Travis and Clayton signed the lease for the new location! Along with the new building, we also have a new name! Academia Jiu-Jitsu is now Manasota Jiu Jitsu. This will be a transition, so here are some questions that have come up:
- When will classes be moved to the new location?
- Classes will begin at the new location on February 26th, 2018. Until then classes will go on as usual at the Whitfield Park Loop location. The Mindbody App will stay updated with the times and location during the transition.
- I paid for 6 months in advance. Will my purchases with Academia be honored at Manasota Jiu Jitsu?
- Yes! The Mindbody account is remaining the same, only the business name and location will be changed. Any purchases made at Academia will be honored at Manasota Jiu Jitus.
- Will there be a kids class?
- Yes! Clayton and Lisa will be starting a kids class on February 26th. Kids grades Kindergarten through 5th are invited. Classes will be on Monday and Thursday, 4:30pm-5:30pm. Teenagers are always welcome to attend the adult classes.
