Today we started by practicing a throw off of Pat’s body lock. Then Pat and I started in whatever position our partner wanted and went live from there. I was already a little sore from Pat’s throws earlier. Good times!😀

Training with Professor Pat!
Always a pleasure to have Professor Pat teach Tuesday and Thursday daytime no gi class. We worked some options to advance from side control, looking for the finish. Thanks for the lesson!

Vacation training
Clayton and Lisa were fortunate enough to be able to get a few rolls in with these kind people from Steamboat Springs Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. These guys are so hospitable and are always a highlight of our annual ski trip to Steamboat. Such a great group of people and fun times rolling!
